Golden Constructor (“we”, “us”, “our”) developed Marmalade Match, a free, ad-supported puzzle game for Android. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.
Marmalade Match does not require you to create an account and does not ask for or collect personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, or phone number). Your game progress, settings, and coins are stored only locally on your device.
The app displays advertisements through Google AdMob. To serve ads, AdMob (a Google service) may automatically collect and process certain information, including your device’s advertising identifier, IP address, and general device and usage information. This data is collected by Google, not by us, and is used to deliver and measure advertising.

We do not collect, store, or share any personal data on our own servers. We do not use any separate analytics, tracking, or data-collection services beyond the advertising provider named above.
Marmalade Match is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can address it.
Because the app itself does not collect personal data, there is no personal data for us to store or secure. Any data handled by the advertising provider is transmitted using industry-standard encryption.
